New patterns up at Patterns Online!

Hi! It has been awhile, I know...I have been obsessed with another craft lately....but I am going to try an balance myself out...

Flower Mermaid-Brunette is made up of 68 DMC colors. She will measure 10 X 14.17 inches when stitched on 18 count or 36 count fabric. This pattern is 18w X 225h in stitches.


Red Hair Bubble Mermaid is made up of 65 DMC colors. She will measure 9.94 X 14.10 inches when stitched on 18 count or 36 count fabric. This chart is 179w x 253h in stitches.

A Mother In Need

So, I am scrouring blogs this morning, looking for any help I can get with commercial use freebies to help me design. When I came across this blog, http://scrapdoctor.blogspot.com/.

Jeanie is a foster mother, trying to help out another foster mother and her family. The Mom, Mrs. A is fighting breast cancer and has just given birth to a baby as well! Through donations, the needs of the baby are met...but now they are stuggling to pay thier electric bill and much more! The Dad in this family has been laid off from his job and because it is Union, he cannot look for another as he would lose the healthcare his wife desperately needs right now. Little Shepherd Boy by Jordanka Yaretz in Counted Cross Stitch!

I can see this finished stitched piece of Little Shephard Boy in a dining room with a big window overlooking a field or pasture....it has such relaxing colors! Jordanka really outdid herself when she painted this piece. ;o) Now it is available for you to stitch as well!
